• Domain Management: Custom domain setup and subdomain configuration
• Analytics Platform: Performance tracking, click analytics, and user behavior insights
• Integration Tools: APIs and SDKs for seamless app integration
• Configuration Files: Automatic generation of apple-app-site-association and assetlinks.json files
• Dashboard Interface: Web-based management console for all platform features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must maintain the security of your account and password
• You must promptly update your account information if it changes
• You may not share your account credentials with third parties

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

• Implementing standard iOS Universal Links and Android App Links

• Spam or Abuse: Sending unsolicited communications or overwhelming our systems
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
• System Interference: Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our Service
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without permission

5. Service Availability

• Uptime Goal: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We will charge your payment method on file for renewal
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DeepTap and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license

• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages resulting from the conduct of third parties
• Damages resulting from service interruptions or failures

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DeepTap and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

11.2 Termination by Us

• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate your account with 30 days' notice for any other reason
• We may terminate accounts for prolonged inactivity

11.3 Effect of Termination

• All provisions that should survive termination will survive
• You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DeepTap is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

• Most disputes can be resolved through our customer support
• For formal disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation
• If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver
• Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations; you may not without our consent
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect
